Do the jewelry pieces discolor?

Jewelry made of stainless steel does not discolor. Jewelry made of gold plated material may slightly discolor over time. We recommend avoiding water when wearing gold plated jewelry. For every item, the material it is made of is clearly indicated.

What is the delivery time?

Every order placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. Due to busy periods at shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. You will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your package.

Shipping within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Shipping within Europe: 4–6 business days

Returning jewelry?

You can return jewelry within 14 days after the delivery date, at your own expense. We only process returns if the jewelry is unworn and the (white) label has not been removed. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Need the return address? Feel free to contact us!
